Hemp Seed Oil Benefits

In honor of the legalization of Marijuana, I just ordered some Organic, Unrefined Hemp oil to use for Massage! This is a warming oil loaded with Omegas & teeming with health benefits for your skin. I had tried it once before, it was outlandishly expensive at the time, though I did thoroughly enjoy it. Hemp oil is a slow oil, meaning you can use it for deep tissue massage (as oppose to some faster moving oils that don’t allow you to get deep into the muscle without sliding off).

Botanical Name: Cannabis sativa
Extraction Method: Cold Pressed, Organic, Unrefined.
